Bruno Monfils

CEO & Managing Partner

Bruno Monfils serves as the Chief Executing Officer at Excellence Consulting, a Consultancy specializing in digital transformation and operational scaling. He has been instrumental in orchestrating enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across customer operations and sales functions.

He also serves as an advisory board member in successful start-ups, a board member in a non-profit organization, an angel investor with a track record of backing high-growth companies, and a mentor to founders and executives. He supports start-ups and scale-ups in their growth journey, offering expertise in areas such as customer support, human resources, strategic planning, inventory management, demand and supply management, new product launch, revenue operations, leadership, fundraising, and governance in B2B SaaS, E-commerce, digital marketplaces and Retail. He is a former C-level executive in a high-growth scale-up, where he built the operational and growth readiness mechanisms that helped pave the way to a successful Series B. Previously, he was a Director at Amazon, leading teams in Tech Support, Customer Service, and Inventory Operations.

Monfils holds an Executive MBA in Venture Capital from Wharton, a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Management from HEC.
